Xsolutions places a lot of importance on its management team. It brings a stability to the company and allows to be more in control of the various projects of the company. In addition, all members of the management team have many years of experience in the field of structured cabling and fiber optics.
Patrick Desnoyers RCDD/NTS, Président
Mainly responsible for sales and marketing and working in the industry for 25 years, Patrick Desnoyers holds RCDD / NTS certification from BICSI. As it is the industry benchmark for the design of structured cabling systems, very few Quebec companies have a representative who holds this certification.
Formerly employed by a major manufacturer (BELDEN), he has supported major projects around the world in different vertical markets, including health and education. Health Systems Minnesota, one of the largest private medical services in the United States is among its achievements, as well as the University of Missouri Kansas City (UMKC). Several other clients are added to its reference list, all projects with several thousand workstations.
Éric Boulet Vice-President
Graduated in electronics, Éric Boulet has more than 20 years of experience in the field. Having started as a telephony technician at Multinet Communication, he quickly rose through the ranks by holding various positions, including several management positions.
His experience as a Director has allowed him to acquire several skills worthy of his position as Vice President at Xsolutions such as developing product marketing strategies, developing new products, structuring operations, supporting technicians in problem situations, etc. Today, he is a proud partner and manager at Xsolutions and has several certifications, including management (McGill), marketing (HEC) and technical (Nortel & CISCO).
Michel Hervieux Project Coordinator
Having worked for more than 25 years in telecommunications at the Canadian National Defense, Michel Hervieux, project coordinator ensures the smooth running of your project. Working for Xsolutions since 2008, he has managed in recent years several major projects, including the upgrade project of the University of Montreal, while 95 telecommunications rooms have been upgraded.
Stéphane Corbeil Project Coordinator
With more than 26 years of experience in the field of cabling, Stephane Corbeil, Team Leader and Quality Control Supervisor, has the necessary expertise to direct your projects, He will ensure the smooth running of your major project. Holding several important certifications of major manufacturers, Belden and Panduit, Commscope among others.
Among his most recent achievements is the Polytechnique, New CHUM, and participated in the completion of the upgrade of the fiber optic infrastructure of the Sacré-Coeur Hospital in Montreal. In 2018, he supervised the installation of the data center of the new Maison Radio-Canada.
Keven Desnoyers Project Coordinator
With more than 7 years of experience in the field of cabling, Keven Desnoyers, Project Manager, has the expertise to lead and complete your projects. From 2015 to 2017, he led our installation teams on the construction of the new CHUM in Montreal. He had under his direction a team of 25 technicians and electricians. Having used all the project management tools and Construction Santé Montréal in addition to dealing with the team in place at these, he is able to manage projects of any size.
Holding several important certifications of major manufacturers, Belden, Commscope and Panduit among others. Other achievements include Polytechnique, Chestnut Phase 5, Concordia University and Hangar Eman (École Polytechnique).
